The 1010 ET is the electronic autofocus version of the Metro and features a Video Display Unit. The unit is equipped with a built-in printer and disc storage capability.  It also accommodates direct input from a video analyzer and calculates exposure and reciprocity corrections.  Adjustments can be made from the control panel or cordless infrared remote control.  Special lens panels are used so that the system is aware of the focal length lens fitted.

Dichromat dichroic colourheads, standard and closed loop, are available in both 2.4Kw and 4.8Kw, with stabilized power supplies integrated in the cabinet. The 1000w Multi-Condenser lamphouse is an option.  By adding a copy adapter and film backs, the enlarger can be converted to copy camera use.

All film formats from 10"x10" to 35mm can be accommodated. Special aerial roll film and pin register carriers were optional. The ET was also available in a 30x40cm (12"x15") version.
