The 508H has been designed as a universal mural enlarger accommodating 35mm to 8"x10" negatives.  The chassis and focusing stage are motor driven and operate from a hand control or direct from the console. A stabilizer and timer are built-in, as is 4-way negative  masking. In the 120V version, a step-up transformer is incorporated to operate the lamphouse at 240V.
